Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment authorization and inventory confirmation. Most in-stock items begin processing within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order or specially produced items may require additional production time; any longer lead time will be noted on the product page.
Delivery estimates
Estimated transit times are shown at checkout and begin after an order has shipped. Standard U.S. delivery commonly takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Expedited services, when available, affect transit time but do not remove processing time.
Tracking and address accuracy
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Delays, packages, and international orders
Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or regional disruption may be outside our control. If tracking has not updated for seven business days, contact our team so we can help investigate. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import requirements assessed by the destination country.
