Our return window
Eligible unworn merchandise may be requested for return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of fragrance or cosmetic marks, and returned with original tags and packaging where supplied.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and final-sale reasons, worn or altered items, intimate apparel, opened hosiery, used swimwear, gift cards, and merchandise marked final sale are not eligible. Swimwear must retain its sanitary liner. Shipping charges, duties, and return postage are normally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to start a return
Email support@shopbaneebanee.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Wait for return instructions before sending merchandise. Unauthorized parcels or packages sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and may take several business days to appear, depending on the financial institution. Because inventory changes quickly, the fastest exchange is usually to return the original item and place a new order. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within seven days of delivery and include clear photographs.
